The Great Physician

The studies in The Great Physician were given first in the U.S and delivered later in Westminister, London when he resumed his work there. And in London the studies were published in a monograph with the title The Great Physician, in 1937. Dr. G. Campbell Morgan saw Jesus as the Physician, as Jesus referred himself. Jesus was a healer not only of disease but also of the mental and spiritual. The Great Physician intended to show how Jesus dealt with different individuals under varying circumstances to make them recover "the whole of personality." (quoted from the Foreword)
